I know how limiting the first mindset is.
Because I’ve been the leader who clung to that “my” approach for too long!

When advisers and their operations and paraplanning colleagues feel ownership over how they build connection and engagement…
they don’t just comply.
They commit.
They care.
They spread the culture because it carries their identity within it.

Most leaders hoard control without realising it.
– We cling to our view of what Vision and Values look like
– We defend our way of running meetings
– We reject fresh perspective… because it isn’t ours.

But control is fear… dressed as leadership.
Ownership is faith in others… dressed as trust.

But Inspiring Leadership gives away ownership.
It says:
“This idea is ours now. Shape it. Grow it. Put your fingerprints on it.”

Clients feel the difference.
Teams feel the difference.

That’s when culture stops being a poster on the wall…
and starts becoming something people protect as their own.

Inspiring Leadership isn’t about teaching people to follow your way.
It’s about helping them discover their way –  inside a shared purpose.

The day you hear someone speak your values…
in words you never taught them…
that’s the day you know culture has taken root!
